The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme is the UK body responsible for setting and implementing the Water Regulations. These are statutory regulations which MUST be adhered to by all plumbers and mechanical engineers, and in particular anyone installing a rainwater harvesting system must be aware of the regulations relating to back-flow protection. We strongly urge anyone involved in rainwater harvesting installations to familiarise themselves with these regulations.
