Delivery & Returns Policies

All our products are subject to a delivery charge, unless collected in person from our depot, and this will be shown at the checkout when ordering online.

The cost of the delivery will be calculated when you enter your delivery address at the checkout. The amount payable will be clearly shown before any payment is processed.

Most deliveries are sent via DPD parcel service. Ideally there should be someone on site to accept delivery and sign for the goods. If required we can add instructions to the consignment; for example “leave in porch if no-one at home” or “leave next door if no reply”

If we are unable to deliver after two attempts because we cannot obtain a signature or there is no additional information to instruct the delivery driver, the parcel will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and they will leave a card requesting you to call. If you do not call the carrier or else contact Rainharvesting Systems Ltd on 01452 772 000, the parcel will be returned to us after five (5) working days. The cost of the aborted delivery will be forfeited and you will be charged again for the cost of the second delivery.

If you are not 100% happy with any item, you can return it to us in its original condition with its original packaging. You must notify us of the return within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange for the collection of the goods by our carriers at zero cost to yourself.

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of our having received the returned goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition. In certain situations we may require proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: If goods or their packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair charge and this will be deducted from the refund.
